When you send us a message through the contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your email address, company name, country, and the message itself. We also record the page you submitted from, basic campaign parameters if you arrived from an advertisement, your country as detected by our hosting provider, your device type, and the time of submission.

We do not collect payment information on this website. We do not sell products directly through this site.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, send you the product information you asked for, and follow up on a possible business relationship. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand which pages and advertisements are effective.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to our own email inbox and handled by our sales staff. We use Resend, an email delivery service, to send these notifications, and Cloudflare to host this website. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Marketing emails

We may occasionally send you information about new products. Every such email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we will stop immediately if you ask.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for 24 months from your last contact with us. After that we delete them.

Your choices
